Seo(yeon) Park is ICA’s literary agent for Korea and uses all pronouns (she/he/they). Based in Seoul, Seo represents Korean authors and translators and brings their work to English-language readers in the UK and US.
Before joining ICA, Seo worked at a Korean publishing house. They are a visual artist with a BFA, and a published children’s book author and illustrator.
Having lived in Korea, Thailand and Canada, Seo has a keen eye for stories that show the many different ways people live. Seo loves autofictional graphic novels and picture books with intimate, emotionally raw narratives.
Seo is dedicated to finding Korea’s most original, unseen voices and introducing them to international readers.

Jina Kim is a literary translator and an aspiring writer based in Los Angeles, where she lives with her five year old son.
She has written multiple original works often based on her own experiences, including short stories “Deodorization” and “Quarter Life Crisis”.
She has also written poetry collections such as “The Land of Morning Calm: An EP”. She is especially drawn to semi-surrealistic works that address social issues – particularly around gender and race – or have philosophical, psychological, or moral messages.
She recently graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. During Jina’s time in school, she was nominated for the 2025 Peter Rotter and Teague-Melville essay awards for her research paper “The Role of Deception and its Evolution in the Original and Remake ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’’.
